Kuryakyn Products makes a Universal LED Battery Gauge which is designed to indicate the safe charging levels of any 12 volt alternator/battery ppowered motor vehicle electrical system. The gauge is equipped with 9 LED's with an automatic day/night brightness control. The gauge is calibrated in 1/2 volt increments from 8-16 volts.
The green LED zone of 12.5 - 14.5 volts indicates a safe charging range level for the entire electrical circuit the battery gauge is reading.
Thigh and low yellow LED's warn of an over or under charging problem.
The extreme high and low flashing red LED's warn of an impending electrical system failure.
